I was born with maybe a wart or extra layer of skin same color as me im white, but im curious to see what it is, no itchiness or redness, just been there since i was born?

Obtain an appointment with a dermatologist physician for an exam, who may biopsy the lesion if necessary. Lesions as described are generally not malignant.

This lesion is normal for many people. If it was cancerous you would know by now. It is probably a fibroma which is not malignant, but an exam from a dermatologist and possible biopsy if indicated.

If you have had it for 18 years I would not be too worried about it but when next at the doctor or virtual visit show it to them.
