In my experience I have noted that the epididymus does not liked to be messed with and some patients I've seen who have had epididymitis have chronic or persistent tenderness through the years. Your urologist can examine you and advise you further.

I had epididmytis i took antibiotics and the pain was reduced but its been 4 months there is still swelling at the top of the testi it does not cause any pain etc just the swell and after pro long standing or sit i feel discomfort dr said its normal?
