The amphetamine part of Vyvanse takes over 30 hours to clear your system. Assuming the red decongestant pill is Sudafed, if taken together with Vyvanse, it may increase adverse side effects associated with Vyvanse (such as high heart rate, blood pressure). There is no drug interaction with your Klonopin
