You need to see a doctor to have this evaluated. You can see a gynecologist who will examine you and likely get some blood tests to find out what the problem is. Once a diagnosis is made, treatment can be prescribed. So, see a gynecologist. Good luck!

Without an exam it is not possible to diagnose and treat this. There are free and charity clinics and organizations in most areas which can help. Have a social worker/ friend. or charitable organization help you. Wish you well.
