Modern hormonal contraception, especially with the low doses now in general use, is an unlikely cause of either high blood pressure or urine protein (medical term proteinuria). Almost certainly you need drug treatment for your blood pressure, which might help the proteinuria. You need blood tests for kidney function as well, if not yet done. Keep working with your doctor. Good luck.
