Kombucha can vary in its alcohol content. Most commercial varieties contain less than 0.5%. Most are fine for consumption while taking warfarin. Check the label, though for alcohol content and avoid homemade varieties as they can contain more alcohol. While taking warfarin, it is advised to severly limit or remove alcohol from the diet.
