I don't have this problem daily it comes and goes my rectum itching and burns its from me trying to see if something there it's irritated in there i assume?

Rectal burning or itching typically indicates infection of some sort. Sexually transmitted infections, parasites, yeast and normal bacterial overgrowth can result in these symptoms. the first place to start would be with your regular Dr for an exam and stool culture.
