No risk at all and no worries. HSV infections are never transmitted via contaminated surfaces or implements in the household, even after years of sharing bathrooms, toilets, towels, eating utensils, phones, etc. Nobody will ever catch your mom's genital herpes except by having sex with her. Don't worry at all about this.
