This is a very unusual symptom. You do not have lack of sensation at the tip as feeling cold there indicates sensation is intact. Sex drive is a different matter and not related to the other symptoms. Sex drive is based on many factors- physical and mental eg illnesses , worries etc, If it persists pl see your doc or a Urologist. good luck
