Glucose level before lunch: 95 took 2units novorapid & ate whole wheat bread and chicken. but after half an hour my glucose level: 70 . why or chould it be the food is still undigested?

Do you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes? You may be sensitive to the insulin you are taking and perhaps you need to eat a few more carbs at lunch with the insulin. It may be helpful for you to see a nutritionist to go over your diabetic diet and learn how many carb servings you should be eating per day and with each meal. Do you have a continuous glucose monitor? If so, be sure the reading is right.
