A heart rate of 85 is actually normal so it depends how low your doctor is trying to get your heart rate. If the goal is to get your heart rate lower than that, then your doctor would need to increase your dose but this would also depend on your blood pressure as this medicine can also lower your blood pressure. So, you would need to see your doctor for an evaluation before changing the dose.
