Time to see your orthodontist. If the right side of the retainer is pressing somewhere it didn't before , there is the high liklihood that your teeth have moved.

Sorry, "I forgot" is not an excuse. You invested a lot of time & money resolving your malocclusion, only to throw the results away by not stabilizing the result as directed. So your teeth shifted. If retainer doesn't fit it's not because the retainer changed, it's because your result is relapsing. Please see our Orthodontist immediately if not sooner. We can't fix this for you.
