Hello. i am worried because of a specific situation. i basically drank from an empty glass i refilled of someone who has herpes gladiatorum on their legs. this person has an outbreak right now on their leg. is it likely to get herpes from this ?

First, it sounds like your friend's herpes doesn't include oral infection; even kissing or oral sex with that person would carry little or no risk. Second, even if that person has oral herpes, the virus is rarely if ever transmitted by sharing drinking glasses, eating utensils, etc. For both reasons, you are at no risk at all.
