Can drinking a glass of milk at least three times a day and eating yorgot and collard greens speed up the recovery of a broken ankle?

They may help..: Certainly these are healthy choices of foods and good food choices/habits often correlate with better health. Good health will help heal injury faster/better. Thus, your habits likely r contributing positively on your recovery. I would not just do this for your ankle but con't all the time for your health in general. Eat well, sleep well, and exercise regularly. U can't buy good health. Good luck.

Broken ankle: Healing requires a lot more than calcium. Consuming high calcium foods is not a guarantee of faster recovery. Proper reduction and immobilization, a healthy balanced diet, low stress, proper sleep and an efficient immune system are critical. Also, good blood circulation into the injured area is critical.
