Broken ankle: Healing requires a lot more than calcium. Consuming high calcium foods is not a guarantee of faster recovery. Proper reduction and immobilization, a healthy balanced diet, low stress, proper sleep and an efficient immune system are critical. Also, good blood circulation into the injured area is critical.
