Your vaginal discharge and bleeding probably are a separate problem from UTI, fever, and low BP. Any new or unexplained vaginal bleeding or discharge needs professional care and you have both. There are many possible causes, but at your age STDs are among the most common reasons. See a doctor ASAP. Good luck.
