Can a yeast infect cause a yellowish discharge and occasional pelvic pain? was treated for bv twice but still have symptoms. planned parenthood wet prep today showed a yeast infection. prior cultures from my obgyn showed group b and bv. swollen tubes?

I doubt that a simple vaginal yeast infection would cause pelvic discomfort but BV can. I suspect that inflammatory pelvic disease along with BV may be the problem here. This is a case for a gynecologist for accurate diagnosis, proper treatment and follow-up care.
