Since trying to conceive ive started to track my cycles with an app. i loosely tracked before but always felt i had a period every month. since tracking with an app my cycles have been 41-45 days. is there any need for concern?

If your menstrual periods are regular and normal in flow with no intercycle bleeding, a cycle up to every 45 days is considered normal but longer than average. Your gynecologist can advise you best however.
