Is it unsafe for everyone in my bldg if this new guy that just moved in smokes while on oxygen,he might take it off if the manager is around,ive never smoked but im worried hes going to start a fire cause of it,ive told the apt manager,any suggestion?

This is very dangerous as the oxygen is flammable. It could cause a fire that could burn the inside of the smoker’s airways as well as ignite something in his room and cause a fire in the building. His oxygen therapy should be removed if he is going to continue to smoke for the safety of everyone. Perhaps the landlord can find out what oxygen company is supplying the oxygen so it can be removed.
