Based on the information you've given, it sounds like you're an asymptomatic carrier of toxigenic C. diff since you don't have diarrhea. Unless you live with at risk populations like in an assisted living facility or nursing home, then it's probably not critical to treat. Talk to your doctor about the risks of treating vs not treating
