Lattice degeneratin is an area of weakness of the peripheral retina which has lain down pigment to stabilized the retina. It is an area of weakness to trauma so you should avoid activities which create sudden acceleration/deceleration to your body and therefore to your eyes and of course avoid things like boxing and wrestling which can cause eye trauma. Always wear safety glasses .
