The creation of the hormones that trigger a positive pregnancy test takes time. Regardless of your bleed July 16, it does not take #1 out of the picture and #2 encounter does not provide a time interval consistent with a positive test 11 days later. A cell free NIPS test can be done as early as 8 weeks to define the paternity in a way it will hold up in court. It is best never to guess.
