I have had vaginal issues (unusual discharge, itchiness, and burning) off and on since the end of may when i was diagnosed with a uti. after finishing my antibiotic, the discomfort has come and gone. i also recently just had my period. what is wrong?

You may have a yeast infection, which is a common side effect of antibiotic therapy. You should be evaluated by your doctor so that the yeast infection can be treated, if present. It is easily treated so call your doctor. Good luck!

Sometimes after oral antibiotics a vaginal fungal infection can occur. Pl get checked by your doc/Gyn. good luck
