Stop smoking and stop eating highly pigmented foods. Only partially effective. Have your teeth professionally cleaned. Know that whitening toothpastes are very abrasive. OTC products, like mouthwashes or lightening strips are only partially effective. Dentist-controlled whitening is the most effective rod to follow.
