Doubt it: There are many people out there, selling a variety of "antioxidants". Such products are not fda approved medicines, so their effects and side effects are not well known when real-life people take them. It is safer to just eat a healthy diet containing natural fruits and natural vegetables, plus good proteins & healthier fats.
