Hi, i have fleshy tissue around my vaginal opening. i am a virgin and an active bicycle rider. there is no itching, paining or burning. i wanted to asked whether my hymen is intact or not?

Worry not. Only you know whether you have had intercourse or not. Many causes exist for a non intact hymen. Fret not my dear!

There is great variation in the appearance of the labia outside your vagina; yours are probably normal. There is no relationship between labial appearance and whether a hymen is intact. If you have not been penetrated you are almost certainly with a hymen that is intact. If this obsesses you, then have a gynecologist take a peak for the definitive answer.
