What does it mean if epithelial cells were noted in my semen sample (from my semen analysis report)?

Epithelial calls line the tubal structures on the way out & these shed and are replaced by the body continuously. They also may be left over from the bladder & which puts urine through the same tube. I wouldn't consider it an abnormal finding or think about it further.
