Smegma or yeast: Smegma, which is a combiation of dead exfoliated cells from inner foreski 7 glans + oily secretion + moisture can irritate both glans & covering foreskin. This needs to cleaned on a daily or twice daily basis. Any tightness of foreskin will increase discomfort & itchiness. Yeast on head of penis& under foreskin can be very itchy. This will respond to anti-fungal cream or powder. Good luck.
