I would not take pepto bismol , it has aspirin which is irritating to the stomach If you have some ginger ale consider that or just make some ginger tea or make tea and put a bit of ginger ( 1/8 teaspoon) in it and rest in a chair. or in bed with head and shoulder elevated. If persists follow up with MD
