In theory, 4 weeks is sufficient for the HIV AgAb (4th gen) HIV blood tests. But more recent evidence indicates rare cases that took as long as 45 days. The chance your test will become positive is extremely low, but not zero.

It is considered to be 45 days to be safe. So even if it was neg suggest follow protocol.
