Severe lower right back pain, right goin node area pain, sour smell vagina, recent herpes diagnosis?

It is unlikely there is a single problem causing all these symptoms, probably at least two and maybe three different problems. The main cause of strong vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, sometimes an STD, especially trichomnonas. Newly acquired herpes may suggest risk for these, but doesn't cause them. None of these is a likely cause of back or groin pain. See your doctor! Good luck.
