25 weeks pregnant. i have been lifting and carrying my 25 pound toddler ive been downstairs all day long and now im having a pain that feels like pauline on my lower right side. could this be a placental abruption or tear from lifting him?

Any degree of a "placental abruption" will produce vaginal bleeding. The pain described may simply be a strained abdominal muscle from managing the extra weight of your toddler. See your OB physician for an exam if the pain continues.
