I wonder you noticed an actual blood oozing out from penis or blood tinged semen (hemospermia). Hemospermia does happen following 'hard' masturbation,' which has no consequence.

Dark blood means old blood and is probably not related to your masturbation but some other process at the prostate or lower trinary tract. If it persists pl see a Urologist. In the meantime see if you can be less 'jard' at it. Good luck
