Hi how do i ask for a checkup because i used to be afraid and what do i need to expect at a 20 year old checkup and will i need to wear a gown?

You contact your doctors office staff & let them know its been a while & you want a simple checkup. Write down any general questions you have to take to the visit. Expect to be weighed and your pulse/temperature & blood pressure taken. They will often do a simple urine test and bloodwork.
