By vaginal heat, it is not clear what you mean. However, if it is means that it is slightly warm and irritated that is likely a vaginitis that could be just irritated tissue that is not moist due to being post menopausal or a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. The pink tinged blood when you wipe is all part of the vagina being irritated. Best to see your doctor and have it treated.
