After excessive use of corticoids, glans turned white and without sensitivity. my uro recommended moisturizing with bepantol toque seco, but the improvement over the months is almost 0. is there another medication/moisturizer better for my situation?

The use of corticosteroid ointment or cream causes some atrophy of tissue. Was the steroid prescribed to treat severe itchiness or for lichen sclerosus which itself causes the tissue to eventually turn white? I recommend consulting a dermatologist for evaluation and advice.
