What does it mean right coronary artery: the segment is very large during an angiography?

The right coronary artery is a major blood supplier to the left ventricle. It comes of the main artery taking blood to the heart as the right branch. What this means in a specific case needs to be assessed by the docs who know all the factors of the individual case.

It is unclear whether it refers to the right coronary artery (RCA) being dominant (extending toward the cardiac apex, covering an area which could be covered by the RCA, the left circumflex coronary artery or the left anterior descending coronary artery) or the fact that it's internal vessel diameter is very large.
