Do all lateral atypical fissures mean crohns/colitis sti or cancer or can they be normal. if it was cancer what would you expect to see? are ther any signs that it could be a cancerous lesion especially if its an irregular circular shape non healing?

Where is the fissure? Anal? Genital? Elsewhere? There are many more likely causes of genital or anal fissures or ulcers than Crohn's disease. If you're at risk for STI (like a new or non-monogamous partner), get checked soon. Herpes and syphilis are the main STI causes of such lesions. Good luck.
