It takes a few days for sperm to reach an egg, if present. If they combine, it takes a few more for the combo to reach & attach to the womb. A few more days to begin making the hormones that trigger pregnancy symptoms. Intercourse 3 days ago may eventually cause pregnancy, but symptoms you have after 3 days are not from pregnancy. It takes ~ 2 weeks, if all things are favorable.
