Hiatal hernia is when part of the stomach goes up in the chest cavity. Pelvic hernia is when the pelvic muscle support is weak and the pelvic organs descend into the vagina. Yes you can have both at the same time, I think you are self-diagnosing which is both wrong and leads to un-necessary worry. Best is to see your doc for ant symptoms and let her/him diagnose -if there is a problem Good luck
