The sex 8 days ago is likely too recent to cause a positive pregnancy test. More likely the sex three weeks ago caused the pregnancy. Genetic testing will be the real confirmation. There is a blood test that you can have done on yourself after 7 weeks pregnancy that can clarify the baby's genetics (hence father) called non-invasive prenatal paternity test. The men need mouth swabs to compare also.
