STDS: I don't mean to disagree with your physician, but in america there is a drug resistant gonorrhea that is now resistant to cipro (ciprofloxacin). If when you retest for these and gonorrhea is still present you may want to address that with them. But, usually you take these two medications all in one day. You should be not contagious in about 48 hours after treatment.
