No. Some antibiotics can result in diarrhea, and even can promote infection with bacteria that can mimic inflammatory bowel disease (Clostriales difficile). But the two main inflammatory bowel diseases -- ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease -- are not caused by antibiotics.
