From what you describe the chances of getting HIV are very minimal but not nil. It is acquired by mutual exchange of bodily fluids and that did not take place. You can ask or find out about her HIV status - if neg -nothing to worry about

You're over thinking this. The important thing is that you used a condom (assuming that's what you mean by "safety"). Combining the nearly zero risk any particular sexually active female has HIV (in the US) plus condom use, your risk for HIV is zero for all practical purposes, regardless of the foreskin touching etc. You'll be fine; I wouldn't even suggest HIV testing in this situation.
