Constipation: The most common cause of the pain that you feel would be constipation. It is important to eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, drink plenty of water, and get an hour of physical exercise a day. If you try these and still have pain, it would be a good idea to see your primary care provider. Also see her/him if you have fever, nausea, vomiting, or start feeling less and less hungry.
