: Blood cultures negative? ?results of sputum culture. Results of WBC? May not be bacterial infection. Have you been tested for covid? For viral pneumonia which I suspect? For true influenza? For legionella? Your chest X-Ray is suspicious for bronchopneumonia. ?include azithromycin with broad spectrum antibiotics. ?Add Antiviral meds. Pulmonology consultation pending?
