I got off the depo shot about a month ago a little over and i got my period last week an now im bleeding again should i be concerned or is it just hormones balancing out?

If sexual activity has occurred, pregnancy is possible, so obtain a serum HCG test or a "home" pregnancy test to be certain. See your GYN physician or an exam and other testing (ultrasound) .
