Hopefully you are doing this with medical consultation and supervision, but in terms of timing it is not too late to take misoprostol. You are in an awkward position since you are ambivalent about what you are doing but you may already be past a point of no return. Heavy bleeding and cramping should be expected, but the severity varies.
