Is it bad if after cardio for a couple hours i feel some pain when taking deep breaths and sometimes cough when taking deep breaths for example after a soccer tournament or like today after swimming for a couple hours?

Those do not sound normal so if symptoms persist for another week, you need a physical exam and a chest X-ray. Good luck.
