I got my appendix taken out laparoscopically a week and 2 days ago. ive used medical marijuana my whole life and was wondering if itd be okay to consume edibles instead of smoking because i dont want to cough?

You should ask your surgeon if this would be ok or not. You should let him know the amount of marijuana in the edibles, what type of edibles you are talking about so that the surgeon can make a decision about ingesting these. So, call your surgeon. Good luck!
