90 days is the outer limit for testing. The NAT and blood test are reliable within 45 days the antibody test has a 90 day limit.

The HIV antigen-antibody (AgAb, "4th generation") blood tests are conclusive any time 45 days or more after the last possible exposure, according to CDC and other experts. Three months is old news, dating back to earlier tests. The first of your three test results was conclusive without the others. For sure you don't have HIV -- don't worry any further!
